Jeff Diebert, 38, married, father of two, is an expert in meteorology and soil moisture monitoring. After finishing his B.A. in geography, focusing on meteorology, he signed on with Western Farm Services, California. Jeff was responsible for developing Western Farm’s business with weather and soil moisture monitoring stations which is managed from WFS's Precison Agri-Lab headquartered in Madera.  He successfully grew the Adcon network into the largest private network of weather stations in the northern hemisphere; currently  consisting of over 2.000 stations.

After 9 years of successful business development for WFS he has decided to move on and relocate to Montana, from where he will take over the sales and support responsibilities for Adcon International Inc., taking care of the Pacific Northwest of both the US and Canada.
